Saturday is baking day.
My wonderful mother recently sent me a big supply of cooking things, casserole dishes, bun tins etc, so after a rather lazy morning I thought I would put them to good use. The chap and I were fancying something pastry based so I scoured the recipe books, had a quick look online and found a wonderful recipe from Hef’s Kitchen
Roasted sweet potato and goats cheese pie
Hef’s Kitchen recipe was so easy to make, even the pastry was simple. I can’t wait for the leftovers tomorrow!!
